リベットランプに使用されている”バルカナイズドファイバー”という素材は、約100年もの歴史があります。耐熱性や絶縁性に優れているという理由から照明器具のデザインに発展させました。
素材の持つ程良いしなりを生かし、丸めてリベットで固定し、形状を維持しています。
上部にある切り抜いた3本のバンドは器具で固定され、熱を逃がす穴も確保されています。

取り付けは簡単な引っ掛けシーリング式。
ほんのりと照らす雰囲気から、１個なら小さなテーブルやベッドサイド、複数でなら４人掛け以上のテーブルなどにおすすめの照明です。

※素材の性質上、多少歪みがある場合があります。
歪みの更生は一度上部のローレットを緩め、三本のバンドを組み替えたり、ずらしたりする事でフラットに修正する事が可能です。

The Rivet Lamp uses vulcanized fiber, a material which has been around for almost a century.
These characteristics make vulcanized fiber an ideal material for a lighting fixture.
The Rivet Lamp is shaped from a single sheet of this material. The flexible sheet is simply, but precisely rolled into form, then riveted.
The material has a moderate elasticity, so it is rolled and riveted to maintain its shape.
The three bands cut out at the top are fixed to the light.
There is a big gap between it and the light, so it is safe.

With its slightly illuminated atmosphere, it is recommended for a small table or bedside for a single light, or for a table that seats four or more people for multiple lights.

It may be slightly distorted due to the nature of the material.
If you want to correct the distortion, you can loosen the knurling at the top and reassemble or shift the three bands to make it flat.
